JDC Lab

JDC Lab Founder Patrick grew up in a family involved in the jewellery industry, operating a high-end jewellery business in Hong Kong that was established in 1962. The family was engaged in wholesale, retail, and export trading in the luxury jewellery sector. Due to his background, Patrick was frequently asked by friends if they could purchase jewellery related products at affordable prices. This experience inspired him and other co-founders to envision and create an online platform that brings together both buyers and sellers in the jewellery industry

"Industries like automotive and hotels have their own dedicated platforms. Why not construct an online platform for the jewellery and jewellery-related market, allowing both buyers and sellers to interact and match more efficiently, resulting in a mutually beneficial win-win outcome? We aim to build a platform that can more efficiently connect jewellery buyers and sellers. Traditional e-commerce platforms may achieve some results, but they fall short of adequately addressing the supply and demand dynamics in today's jewellery market. We need a more efficient, entirely new model to link buyers and sellers, which gave birth to JDC Lab. Our vision is to bring new transformation to the traditional high-end jewellery industry, continuously create value for the market, and contribute to the industry's development."
